Not sure on the Gba version, but in terms of the actual level, for a first attempt with the editer this shows things off very well.
Different use of the cave environment which was nice, with lots of paths and a few secrets (some involving a litle looking around), though the level is generally relatively liniar.
It is also one of the few occasions I've seen lava implemented in a Turrican game that hasn't made me want to bang my head repeatedly against a wall, --- even if it is horrible yellow lava of terror! (melted diamonds?).
All in all a nice warm up for turrican players, allbeit that experienced players will eat this level for Breakfast. |
