Turrican/NES

I have just bought a NES. I bought the NES in order to play Turrican. I had Turrican already, mistakenly bought for my Snes!

Now I can play Turrican, but the music isn't so asthetic as the music when I played Turrican on my Atari st:P

Wow, I just read about the NES version of Turrican, apparently a Super Turrican programmed alone by Trenz himself.

Well the game is pretty good, after the first stage the music improves.

I am stuck towards what I feel to be the end of level 2, there is a jump which I cannot make, I think it is too far to jump.

Is there a cheat section anywhere close by?

A few days ago i watched a speedrun-movie of super turrican on NES. So I´m pretty sure there was a way to finish stage 2. I´ll post the link to the movie if i find it again.

You can hold the fire button to run faster

Do the Mario.
You can run faster (and jump farther) if you hold down the fire button.
