New SETA games

Das anybody know (or own) Metal Arms: http://www.metalarms.com/home.html ?

Looks like a mixture of Turrican and Paradroid in 3D ?! Yeah, I'll buy it, it's so cheap at Ebay....

Well, the reviews were not so exciting. But it looks nice and is very cheap now. There are too many other games to play on my games-shelf...

Reviews were good (Maniac 83%, GamePro 77%), I'm surprised I've missed it. Perhaps I've mistaken it for a military game.
I'll follow Bronkos example.

Yesterday the game came, and I played it for only 30 minutes, no time...
First impressions:
Its a 3rd-person-shooter, but the aiming is like one in an egoshooter.
You move with the one stick, and you aim with the other, I never played this way before, so I had to get used to it first...
The story is nice, in my version complete in German and synchronisated! (Robots revolution, lol)
The gameplay is a bit arcade like, gun'n run.
The short time I played the game, it was linear, but a tutorial should be so.
One time I took over another bot, you do it with a console you can find (Not portable ), so it's not Paradroid-like.

One nice fact: The company which made the game was founded in the year 1923, but the technique wasn't good anough they thought, so they broke up with making video-games until the year 2000.

It sounds like Transformers for PS2, which you can stear two analog sticks, one for the aim and one for the walk.
However, the Transformers is very large and feels like freedom to explore the levels.

Btw, for those Turrican fans, my recommending is to get Transformers for ps2, as it feels much like turrican 3d in some aspects, and the music is very turricanish.

Irgendwie war mir danach erstmal mehr nach Tales of Symphonia, was ich auchnoch nicht gespielt habe, und ich kann dir sagen, das ist mal ein gutes Spiel!
