Help with Turrican 1 C64

I've been having a problem getting the C64 version of Turrican 1 to work. The game loads up the first disk fine, but when I switch to the second side and the first level starts, my character never appears! I am running the game on the WinVICE C64 emulator. Can anyone help me?

Where did you have download the Images? Get them at Bronkos Turrican page, they work fine

Ah! Thank you! It worked! Not only did Turrican appear, but the intro speech was in much higher quality! Thanks for the help!

Is "Exact Diskdrive Emulation" or
something like that, enabled in your WinVICE ?
