| does anyone know if its possible for the original c64 turricans to have sid versions of the amiga soundtrack (baring flying levels prehaps) added to the game? would this be a simple matter for someone who knows what there doing? I imagine that it was just a concern for saving memory on the c64 in the past, Maybe an emulator could overcome these issues??
as for the sids, i bet theres a few remixes hovering around on the net. |

| Highly doubtful that this would work unless you get hold of the original source code or are able to decompile the executable. Pushing the memory of the C64 using an emulated environment and then using this additional memory also isn't as simple as it sounds - and again impossible without full access to the source code.
It's certainly a nice idea... Music is definitely something that's missing from the C64 versions of Turrican 1 and 2. |
